This 25-gram Electric Blue Metallic Paint Pigment is an exceptional pigment powder for creating your own custom tinted clears in paint or powder-coating applications. It’s guaranteed to mix well with any clear paints or tinted candy paints and has a temperature threshold of around 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Its very fine powder sprays smoothly with airbrushes, powder guns, and HVLP paint guns. It’s also very light, ensuring that it stays well mixed in paint without settling too quickly, and it’s perfect for creating subtle or bold effects. One 25-gram bag of Electric Blue Metallic Paint Pigment Candy Color Pearls® treats 1 to 2 quarts of clear.

If you want your paint to show the true color of the candy pearl, we suggest applying it over a black base coat. If your car is already black, you can simply scuff it up a little to create a good surface for painting.

For an opaque metallic finish, we recommend using one bag per quart of sprayable clear. For a more translucent candy-type paint, try mixing one bag to two quarts of sprayable clear.
