Shipping information: U.S. Shipping International All purchases over 50.00 dollars are shipped FREE via USPS Priority Mail. Purchases under $50.00 are charged $4.00 Shipping and Handling for USPS first class mail. Purchases under $50.00 dollars who select USPS Priority Mail will be charged a based price of $8.00 USPS Express Mail Overnight shipments must be made before 1:00 pm Mountain Time to ensure same day shipping. Base cost is $19.00. Purchases above $50.00 will not be charged for USPS Priority Mail, but International shipping fees are still required for buyers outside the U.S. EXPRESS MAIL charges will occur on purchases of any amount unless buyer clears otherwise through us. We ship to Europe, Canada, Germany, Ireland, Italy, United Kingdom, Poland, Czechoslovakia, Yugoslavia, New Zealand, and Australia. If you live outside of thses areas, email us for shipping approval. We love our international clients and hope to serve you in any way we can. Contact us if you wish to receive shipment outside of one of these territories, and we will check on the legality of exportation to your country. Our family appreciates your business! All shipments outside the U.S. and Canada are considered International shipments. Items held in customs for tariffs or duty fees are the buyer’s responsibility, but we will do what we can to make your shipment pass. All items shipped globally will be sent United States Postal service International Priority Mail when available. WE ONLY SHIP EXPRESS TO MOST COUNTRIES DUE TO CUSTOMS DELAYS AND HIGH RATES OF MAIL FRAUD. Returns: Returns must shipped back to Pearls and Pigment in un-opened condition within 14 days of initial delivery to buyer. Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges.
